OverviewHaddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children’s apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe. Operational for the past 7 years, the company has grown to over 500 employees and distributes products through wholesale and retail via branded corners in department stores. If you’re buying kidswear (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan) in-store, online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product in your hands has passed through us — even if purchased in an official Nike or Levi’s store. To support our continued growth at our headquarters in La Plaine Saint-Denis (Stade de France), we are looking for a Senior Buyer/Merchandiser.Key Responsibilities Create the buy plan to achieve category financial plans and strategic objectives Build and manage seasonal assortments in line with brand guidelines and commercial targets Identify off-price product opportunities in collaboration with the sales team and the merchandiser Analyze product availability and NOS (Never Out of Stock) performance to support range building Oversee the operational execution of buys: product setup, size breakdowns, orders, and delivery follow-up Build reports to monitor sales, inventory, and margin at various levels of granularity and to support projections Collaborate closely with US teams Manage and support team members as part of the managerial responsibilities of the roleSkills 10+ years of experience in textile buying and merchandising Strong technical knowledge of apparel materials, construction, and cost impact Proven experience working with US-based teams Fully bilingual in English and French (written & spoken) Strong analytical and organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBenefits Company health insurance (60% covered by the employer) 50% reimbursement of public transport subscription or access to private parking Discounts on Nike.com and Levi.com, staff sales, employee benefits via the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) WellPass (Gymlib) membershipDetails Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Business Development and Sales Industries: Textile Manufacturing, Wholesale Apparel and Sewing Supplies, and Sporting Goods Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
