Join the Product Management team Driving Ledger's growth via Ledger's website and eCommerce site. What you’ll be doing: Drive Feature Delivery and lead processes and initiatives to improve team efficiency. Feed the backlog by writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and collaborate closely with Tech & Design on all aspects of product development for the SEO Squad and support the Senior Product Manager. Ensure the quality of delivered features by testing developments. Contribute to Discovery by conducting user interviews, hypothesizing solutions, and solving identified problems. Analyze performances of new products. Analyze the success of new features. What we’re looking for: Fluent in both English and French to feel comfortable when talking with our international teams. Empathy: with excellent intuition, you are able to put yourself in the shoes of your user. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with multiple teams, some of which are remote. You love numbers and data, and you get deep fulfillment when you can make them talk.
