All of our work is underpinned by the tracking of megatrends in the industry and the publication of thought leadership.What You\'ll DoAs a Consultant or Project Leader, you will be a core member of our Insurance Practice and will work alongside some of the world\'s top minds in the area.To solve our clients\' problems, you will be given end-to-end responsibility within significant Insurance related projects. You will develop state-of-the-art strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on thorough fact-based analyses. You will work from strategy to execution, on different Insurance complex matters, in different industries.For example, you will work to:Elaborating new business and in-force strategies for life insurance companies, including designing new products and go-to-market strategyReshaping finance and risk functions for insurance groupsSupporting insurance groups for their capital management and value creation optimizationWhat You\'ll BringHave 7 to 12 years of experience in the Insurance Risk areaWithin your career so far, been able to apply sound knowledge in Insurance industry with knowledge actuary (technical division of non-life or life division), Risk division or finance topics such as Property & Casualty, Life & Retirement, HealthHave experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agendaHave the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apartBe a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international workHave excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skillsBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
