Job title: Product Support Specialist (f/m/d)VN: 2583Location: Unterentfelden (Switzerland) or nearby one of the major European Hexagon MI facilities e.g. Wetzlar (Germany), Torino (Italy), Lyon/Paris (France).Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence offers a comprehensive range of products and services for all industrial metrology applications in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, energy and medical. By empowering our customers to fully control their manufacturing processes, we enhance the quality of products and increase efficiency in manufacturing plants around the world. This product support specialist position will support one of our newest and fastest growing portable 3D measurement product lines. The international team consists of commercial-, support- and leadership functions located in Unterentfelden, while R&D and a large part of the product organisation located in Wuhan (China). Product Support Specialist.Support our global sales distribution channels (commercial organisations and channel partners) with their commercial & application support needsEnhance product knowledge and train commercial organisations and resellersDrive and coordinate various projectsIdentify new potential markets and applicationsDeliver product demonstrations at customer events and exhibitionsAutonomous personality and comfortable in ambiguous situations and high-demand work environmentDisplay a can-do attitude with high entrepreneurial affinityRequirementsEngineering Degree/Diploma in Geomatics, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Automation or similar discipline.Technical experience and project management skills is a plusKnowledge of 3D measurement (particularly 3D scanning) would be a bonusBusiness fluent in English is essentialAffinity to work in cross cultural teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsWillingness to travel (approx. 50%)What we offerImpactful work: Independent and responsible work with room for personal development and creativity.
