At Technical Service in the Quality & Customer Satisfaction department, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will have to provide technical support to workshops of the Volvo Group in order to release vehicle to customer as fast as possible. You will have to:

- daily review of escalated cases from the aftermarkt network and target to answer within 46 hours.
- perform a diagnostic remotely: understand the context, customer effet...
- propose a technical solution immediately or a containment action to protect customer
- collaborate with engineering to define the best technical solution
- documente and share technical solution with workshops
- if needed, travel to workshops to meet vehicle and understand issue
- capitalize and share information
- commmunicate with all actors of the technical support process, from the customer to the engineering.

Our 16 Product Specialists collaborate every day to provide the best technical support to customers (technical issue, quality claim, retrofit request...)

**Who are you?**

That's we are looking for someone with the following competencies:

- deep knowledge in embeded systems and electronical of the vehicles
- ability to use tools to get datas from CAN bus
- ability to navigate between apps, tools and databases. Basics on Data Analytics is a nice to have
- listening skill to get an holistic view of the problem: technical issue; commercial context and customer point of view
- communication skill
- French: C1 / English: B2
