Mission We’re looking for a FP&A Analyst/Finance Ops to help us structure, operate, and scale the Finance function at lempire. You’ll work as the right hand of the Head of Finance, covering 4 products and 3 P&Ls, at the crossroads of Finance, Operations, Billing, and Data. Your mission is to ensure reliable and understandable numbers, solid and scalable finance processes, and clear financial insights for leadership and decision‑making. Reporting & FP&A Maintain and improve monthly consolidated reporting (P&L, cash, SaaS KPIs) Prepare quarterly investor reporting Analyze actuals vs budget and propose action plans Build and improve FP&A models (budget, forecasts, business plan) Prepare inputs for external accountants and support monthly closings Cash & Financial Operations Monitor weekly cash position and simple cash forecasts Control Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes Operate Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable when needed to support our Billing specialist Bring financial expertise to cross‑functional billing‑related projects (tax, invoicing, fraud, pricing) Identify optimization opportunities across finance tools (e.g., Stripe, Pennylane) Performance KPIs & Special projects Follow key financial and operational metrics and audit discrepancies between data sources Maintain an updated documentation of finance processes in our knowledge base Contribute to ad‑hoc projects such as M&A, Investors’ requests, etc. Preferred Experience 2–5 years of experience, ideally in: Audit / Transaction Services FP&A or BizOps in a start‑up/scale‑up Finance Ops in a SaaS company Skills Must‑have Excellent command of Google Sheets / Excel Solid understanding of financial reporting Strong accounting fundamentals, allowing you to: understand journal entries read a general ledger / FEC connect accounting data with P&L and cash reporting work efficiently with external accountants High tech literacy, comfortable in data‑driven environments Fluency in English & French Nice‑to‑have Solid understanding of SaaS financial mechanics SQL knowledge (reading queries and making light adaptations) Mindset Strong ownership and autonomy (no babysitting) Pragmatic, solution‑oriented, and hands‑on Comfortable in fast‑paced and lean environments Clear, structured, and concise communicator Able to work closely with tech‑heavy teams What’s in it for you You’ll be at the core of financial decision‑making at lempire You’ll work on concrete topics: reporting, cash, billing, data You’ll have real impact from your first months in a fast‑growing SaaS company A place where best ideas win A remote friendly environment A chance to work with an innovative, fast‑paced team with a bias for action Recruitment process Interview with Victoire, our Talent Acquisition Manager Interview with Philippe, our Head of finance Business Case (async.) + Live Q&A with Oriane (CoS) Interview with Charles, our CEO Reference Check Offer Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at lemlist by 2x Get notified about new Financial Planning Analyst jobs in Paris, Île‑de‑France, France. #J-18808-Ljbffr
