- Working within our FP&A team, the Staff Cost Analyst role will be responsible for assisting Local FP&A Manager, Functionals analyst and Financial Business Partner with staff costs analysis, headcount analysis and forecasting processes across Controllable Functions.
Working closely with our People Business Partner, Business teams locally, as well as Global Finance Business Partners, when necessary, you will play a key role in understanding actual results, performance against budget/forecast and therefore identifying areas of concern requiring action from the business. You will be influential in the process of driving business decisions.
You will play a critical role in our Monthly closing processes with Staff Costs providing a consolidated view though Bridges analysis against the Budget and the latest Forecast, but as well be part of the Rolling forecast process projecting results for the remainder of the year, defining forecast guidance/targets and playing a role in executing on projects as part of our drive for continual improvement.
This will require a commercial mindset and an understanding of staff Costs (including slight accounting), appreciating how they impact performance in functions and ensuring a consistent approach to staff costs analysis is embedded in the functional areas.
Based on Finance and close to the functions that you support, you will get to the heart of our business; you will be exposed to real business issues and be pivotal in driving solutions. You will be able to answer Ad hoc request and work closely with others financial and planning analyst when necessary.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Key accountabilities:

- Be key in the Month end process through thorough analysis and understanding of our Staff costs and headcount, to develop data-driven insight and assist in the delivery of targets;
- Automate and simplify on an End to end process the Staff Costs / HC (from payroll to the Comments) in collaboration with the EFSSC, Payroll team, regional FC.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes to forecasting and measuring our headcount cost base, ultimately driving greater accuracy in our staff cost base;
- Collaborate with HR on a recurrent basis, seek smooth processes around headcount management increasing the Data quality and avoiding manual work.
- Be the point of contact on Staff cost and headcount models for the controllable functions, to simplify the budgeting and forecasting processes and drive consistency across them ;
- Drive standardization and automation of processes and analysis that are currently very manual, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
- Be part of projects that are related to HC / Staff Costs (T&E, KPIs metrics around sales efficiency, commissions automation.)
