Position: Principal / Expert Analog & Mixed-Signal IC Design EngineerLocation: Paris (preferred) or Grenoble, FranceIndustry: Semiconductor – SoC / FPGAOur client is a pioneering and fast-growing European semiconductor company specializing in SoC FPGA solutions, with engineering teams based in Paris and the South of France. As part of their continued expansion, they are now looking for a Principal / Expert Analog & Mixed-Signal Engineer to take a technical leadership role within their Analog R&D team.This is a hands-on and strategic position, suited to a senior engineer with deep analog IC expertise and proven leadership capability.Key Responsibilities:Lead or contribute to the design and verification of advanced analog IPs including:voltage regulators, charge pumps, bandgaps, voltage/temperature sensors, PLLs, and convertersAct as technical authority for analog design topicsSupervise and mentor a team of analog designersDrive design reviews, simulations, and ensure high-quality executionDefine and maintain design checklists and development processesCollaborate with system architects and cross-functional teams to align specificationsOversee pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation planningContribute to lab debug and root cause analysis of silicon issuesProduce clear documentation of design decisions and performance resultsKey Requirements:15+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC designDeep knowledge of transistor-level design using Cadence toolsExperience in advanced nodes (e.g., 28nm FDSOI, 7nm FinFET)Solid background in Analog IPs such as I/Os, PLLs, converters, and high-speed linksUnderstanding of parasitics and analog layout challengesExperience with lab measurement techniques and validation methodsStrong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions across teamsAdditional Info:Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)Location: Paris (preferred) or Grenoble, FranceStart Date: FlexibleSalary: Competitive – based on experienceIf you are interested and suited - please send me your updated CV, #J-18808-Ljbffr
