OverviewADP is looking for the next generation of technologists to join our Global Product and Technology (GPT) Development Program. As part of the GPT Development Program, your goal is simple: learn as much as possible in 1 year. You’ll be placed amongst our brightest associates as an Associate Application Developer/IT Specialist, joining our group of passionate technologists who make it all possible by innovating creative solutions to new challenges.ResponsibilitiesWork with our world-class computer scientists and engineers to build the next generation of ADP's innovative productsNetwork with professionals who will guide and support you as you enhance your skills and gain experienceGain real-world experience with today\'s leading technologies in programming, scripting, designing, or web development.Experience you\'ll needGraduate or maximum of two years of professional experienceCompleting a bachelor\'s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent area of studyKnowledge in programming and scripting languages such as Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PythonExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCritical thinking and an analytical mindsetBe passionate about next-generation technologies.AI/ML Foundational ProficienciesAI/LLM Exposure. Familiar with major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, others) and ability to leverage to enhance products and features.AI-Assisted Dev Tools. Proficient with coding tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, etc).AI Best Practices. Effective prompt engineering, performance optimization, and secure data handling.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Spring Boot, React, Node.js, and AngularUnderstanding of server, database, and storage technologiesKnowledge of Linux and/or Windows-based operating systemsGood level of English.If you\'ve made it down this far, we have to ask:What are you waiting for?
