- Manage contractual negotiations with IT vendors
- Maintain Application inventory,
- Manage day-to-day User/Role assignments,
- Re-shape Roles Matrix and Segregation of Duties with key-users,
- Control periodically (sanity checks) as part of Financial audits,
- Formalize day-to-day procedures (“How-To”) in collaboration with all the teams concerned by the app
- Manage incidents from end-users (either resolve or escalate),
- When applicable, manage enhancement requests: prioritize with Business, follow-up implementation, test and follow defects, organize deployment and communication,
- Involvement on security matters may go beyond this scope and include Salesforce / SAP.

**Qualifications** Qualifications we’re looking for.**
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in international environment
- Business experience (non-IT, for instance Finance, Sales or Purchase Administration) would be appreciated
- Worked on ITSM Applications to track incidents and requests
- Languages : English fluent
