Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Platform PREWhat You’ll Do: As a Site Reliability Engineer within the PRE WebApps team you’ll partner closely with product engineering to improve the reliability of our apps, systems, and pipelines. You’ll drive optimization, practice blameless incident response, and help make our platform the most reliable in AdTech. The on‑call rotation is limited to about 8 weeks per year and is fully compensated.Engage in and improve the entire lifecycle of services—from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.Support services before they go live by providing consulting on system design, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.Scale, automate, and evolve systems by pushing for improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, and performance.Optimize and maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.Practice incident response and blameless post‑mortems.Who You’re A: You hold a master’s or PhD in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, have at least 5 years of experience as an SRE or Software/DevOps Engineer, and are comfortable designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large‑scale distributed systems. You are skilled in debugging, optimizing code, automating routine tasks, and communicating solutions effectively.Master’s or PhD in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of experience as SRE or Software/DevOps Engineer.Significant experience in software development and data structures or algorithms.Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large‑scale distributed systems.Experience with distributed systems, storage, networking, and routine automation.What We Offer: Criteo is a leader in commerce media, and we foster a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
