Creator Manager Graduate (TikTok Shop France) – 2026 Start (BS/MS)TikTok is inviting applications for an excited, results‑driven graduate to join its TikTok Shop France operations. TikTok’s commerce platform will deliver a brand‑new and improved shopping experience to millions of loyal users worldwide. Candidates will lead the end‑to‑end creator lifecycle – from talent identification and onboarding to scalable creator monetization and partnership development.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and advance Affiliate Program strategy to drive quality creator/content supply and creator GMV growth at scale.Align with cross‑functional teams to improve creators’ experience and generate opportunities, including online and offline campaigns, brand collaborations, and product launches.Navigate ambiguity, adapt in a fast‑moving environment and influence key stakeholders.Decompose complex problems, devise new approaches and create scalable solutions.Create short‑term and long‑term creator development strategy, growing commerce creator scale and sales within the market.Build and refine internal processes that support partner and creator growth across all categories.Deliver creator performance reports and insights by diagnosing audience conversion metrics for creator commerce content.Build and amplify creator success case studies to increase business awareness.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive creator and partner partnerships that support creator revenue.Attend partner meetings to improve partner awareness of the creator network and support adoption of creator sales.Qualifications – MinimumRelevant experience in content‑based platforms; commerce experience an advantage.Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication.Strong logical analysis capabilities and data accuracy.Experience managing diverse teams.Fluent in English and French, with global communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively across diverse people and functions.By submitting an application, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacyJob InformationLocation: Paris, France (remote options may be available).
