Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Manager, Creator Strategy to oversee all creator initiatives for Rainbow Six Siege, a continuously evolving live-service game. You will guide a team of three Creator Strategy Managers and ensure our creator programs, both seasonal and always-on, drive engagement, reflect the diversity of our players, and strengthen Siege's presence within its creator ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of three Creator Strategy Managers dedicated to Rainbow Six Siege.
- Set direction for both seasonal campaigns and always-on creator engagement, ensuring a steady stream of content that resonates with players' varied interests.
- Drive engaging and innovative creators strategies that support seasonal updates while sustaining continuous creator activity across gameplay, community stories, esports moments, and evergreen content.
- Ensure initiatives align with the Creator Strategy North Star and Siege's unique identity as a competitive, community-driven live-service title.
- Oversee campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring KPIs, timelines, and creative standards are consistently met.
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Comms, Community, Esports, Production & Hubs leadership to ensure & maintain alignment across the live-service roadmap.
- Anticipate shifts within the community and changes in creator sentiment to inform advocacy framework development and ensure timely strategic adjustments and escalating when needed.
- Strengthen operational efficiency by improving workflows, tools, and team-wide best practices.
- Manage budgets responsibly, optimizing projects allocation across peak seasonal moments and year-round creator support.
- Contribute to new benchmarks in FPS and live-service creator engagement through innovative, player-driven storytelling.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in creator/influencer strategy, digital marketing, ideally within gaming or live-service/GaaS environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others.
- Deep understanding of creator ecosystems (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine interest in Rainbow Six Siege, competitive shooters, or gaming communities (a strong plus).
