OverviewBudget: 110-130k€A fast-growing scale-up in sustainable agriculture is building a brand-new digital platform at the crossroads of AI, data, and agronomy. The ambition: to help agronomists and farmers worldwide make ultra-precise decisions in the field, reduce chemical inputs, and accelerate the global shift toward regenerative practices. We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead this new venture from Paris.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the overall tech vision (AI/ML, backend, infra, data, web)Build the product end-to-end, ensuring reliability in real-world conditionsRecruit and lead a tech team of ~10–20 engineers in the first yearCollaborate closely with product, agronomy, and business teams to bring real-world AI to the fieldIdeal Profile / QualificationsYou combine a strong background in AI/ML (ideally Computer Vision) with solid experience in software architecture and scalable systems. You’re a proven tech leader (7–12 years exp.), comfortable building teams, setting a vision, and staying hands-on when needed.
