A strong interest in data and user experience is essential.* Identify and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, helping gather needs, expectations, and opportunities for future improvements and innovation.* Based on your findings, define solutions and recommendations in collaboration with various teams such as Design, Data, and others to address user needs.* Define relevant KPIs to measure the performance and impact of the solutions you propose.**Who you are:*** You are naturally curious, with a strong desire to learn continuously. You combine thoughtfulness with action.* You have an interest in (or goof knowledge of) user-centric methodologies and product discovery practices.* You have strong analytical skills and consider data as a fundamental driver of decision-making.* You feel comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders and communicating clearly, both orally and in writing.
