What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda As a product designer at Agoda, you’ll collaborate with a product manager, 6‑8 engineers, researchers, and cross‑functional partners. Together, you’ll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders. Role in the CEG Team The Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda is our dedicated support team, focused on providing assistance and solutions for booking‑related inquiries. As the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, the CEG plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. As a designer on the CEG team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving great UX while meeting business objectives. Key Responsibilities Run discovery phases and help define product requirements Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback Present your work to peers and leadership, asynchronously and in‑person Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings Think and write about your process and detail your decisions Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features Act as a strategic leader with a vision in implementing experiences that represent the most customer‑centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology Product Designer at Agoda Means You Have a Track Record Of You work alongside design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and aligning the group around a vision and approach You have a track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys You can think and craft at a system level, not just interface elements or pages You will regularly make use of your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision‑making You can balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment 5+ years of full‑time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house designer experience highly preferred Qualities We Value in Designers Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions Expressing feedback with kindness and candor Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity Translation of quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions Contribution to our culture: motivation, optimism, quality, and integrity Equal Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
