Your Role
- Conduct deep fundamental research on software and technology companies.
- Perform strategic due diligence and financial analysis on publicly listed and privately owned software and technology companies.
- Leverage both quantitative modeling and qualitative insights generated through expert interviews.
- Collaborate with a strong team of peers and experienced former Tier 1 management consultants on research.
- Deliver high‑quality deliverables that support decision‑making on multi‑million investments.
- Communicate research findings internally and externally.
- Grow in the team by taking on increasing responsibilities and developing professionally.
- Daily monitor the identified companies.
- Prepare financial research, analysis, strategic screening, and communication materials for members.
- Lead interviews in English with professional experts.
- Support process improvement and new company screening.
Your Profile
- Tier 1 engineering or business school graduate specializing in Business, Corporate Finance, Engineering, or Strategy.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in strategy and business, including internships in finance, tech, startup, or corporate environments.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong Excel abilities.
- Strong verbal presentation and slide‑making skills.
- Strategic thinking mindset – able to identify key inputs and perform smart correlations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
