Job Description We are looking for a smart and creative ML engineer to work on bringing the most outstanding personalized experience to users. Inside the data science department, you will join the recommendation team and collaborate closely with product teams on new features. Responsibilities Analyse data, propose machine‑learning models, and experiment to provide technical solutions to product manager requirements. Code, deploy, and monitor machine‑learning models in production. Iterate on existing models to improve key performance indicators. Explore scientific literature, implement papers, and design proofs of concept to explore innovative solutions to user problems. Collaborate with the Research team on research projects to build the future of the recommendation engine. Qualifications At least 5 years of work experience in machine learning and model deployment in production. Fluent in at least one of Python, Scala, or Java. Experience with recommendation engines. Strong initiative, business sense, and innovative mindset. Fluent in English or French. Experience with large‑scale data analysis using Hadoop, Spark, or GCP is a plus.
