Technical Manager A leading international manufacturing business is seeking a Technical Manager to take responsibility for site-wide technical performance, maintenance strategy and engineering improvement. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for planned and reactive maintenance, operational reliability and continuous improvement. The position forms part of the site senior leadership team and plays a key role in driving safety, performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance and engineering team Own and deliver the planned and reactive maintenance strategy across the site Drive a structured maintenance schedule to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability Lead continuous engineering and process improvement initiatives Increase production efficiency through improved equipment performance Manage contractors, spares, budgets and maintenance systems Support capital projects, upgrades and new equipment installation Ensure engineering standards, health and safety and regulatory compliance Work closely with operations to deliver site performance targets A very competitive remuneration package is on offer, aligned with the seniority and impact of the role.
