A leading international manufacturing business is seeking a Technical Manager to take responsibility for site-wide technical performance, maintenance strategy and engineering improvement.

This is a senior leadership role with accountability for planned and reactive maintenance, operational reliability and continuous improvement. The position forms part of the site senior leadership team and plays a key role in driving safety, performance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities


• Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance and engineering team


• Own and deliver the planned and reactive maintenance strategy across the site


• Drive a structured maintenance schedule to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability


• Lead continuous engineering and process improvement initiatives


• Increase production efficiency through improved equipment performance


• Manage contractors, spares, budgets and maintenance systems


• Support capital projects, upgrades and new equipment installation


• Ensure engineering standards, health and safety and regulatory compliance


• Work closely with operations to deliver site performance targets
