For a decade, we have devoted ourselves to celebrating life’s extraordinary moments with engagement rings, wedding rings, fine jewelry, and diamonds.ABOUT VANBRUUNVANBRUUN offers fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding rings, and diamonds with an ambition to convey knowledge and luxury adapted to today’s modern consumer. VANBRUUN started as an online retailer but has now expanded with showrooms in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam and more to come. The head office is located in Borås, Sweden.ROLE DESCRIPTIONThis position is perfect for individuals seeking to contribute significantly to the company's growth, particularly in the Paris area. The role involves a comprehensive commitment to driving sales and business development, with a schedule that covers regular business hours and may also include additional time during peak periods or special projects.The key responsibilities include:Talent Recruitment and Development: Spearhead the recruitment of new talent and the development of existing employees, focusing on training, professional growth, and building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.Comprehensive Management and Leadership: Oversee all aspects of our Paris boutique operations, including day-to-day management, staff leadership, and ensuring alignment with our brand's standards.Financial Performance and Sales Growth: Directly responsible for achieving financial targets and driving sales growth through strategic planning, revenue management, and innovative sales and marketing initiatives.Embodiment of the VANBRUUN brand in each and every customer interaction, making each client’s experience extraordinary.REQUIREMENTSNative or fluent in French and English (both writing and speaking).Experience in working with sales or customer service.Flexible and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.Independent but yet a team player, full of initiative and eager to drive VANBRUUN sales to the next level.You have an eye for details and will keep the showroom clean and organized.Location: The position is based on-site in Paris.We thrive in the thrilling uncertainty of the roads to our goals, knowing that the journey is as vital as the destination.
