More than 200,000 independents already automate their accounting, and Indy aims to support one million by the end of 2027. Indy previously raised €40 M in Series‑C, bringing total funding to €86 M. Today Indy is a team of 280 people from diverse backgrounds, all driven to create a deeply human company that feels great to work in. Position Overview We are looking for an HRBP / People Partner to join our People team, reporting directly to Mathilde, VP People & Culture. The HRBP will partner with around 150 people across the company, delivering near‑real‑time HR support, coaching, change management, and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for employees, supporting onboarding, career evolution, internal mobility, and departure. Address everyday HR concerns. Coach managers on daily team management and solve HR challenges related to performance, career development, and legal compliance. Ensure managerial decisions comply with legal and company policy. Track the eNPS every two months, partner with department leads to identify engagement actions, and drive performance and loyalty. Deploy HR processes: plan, structure, and energize around people review, evaluation, and compensation cycles. Drive change: accompany and roll out strategic projects through communication, training, and team support. Desired Profile 5 – 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR consultant. Comfortable handling sensitive situations (performance, conflict, departures, reorganizations). Strong diagnostic and solution delivery skills. Leadership and influence to inspire managers and build trust. Proactive and autonomous: takes initiative to improve daily HR practices and secure processes.
