Content & Community Manager – Apprenticeship (m/f)Carenity is looking for its next Content & Community Manager – Apprenticeship to join the team starting January 2026.About CarenityFounded in 2011, Carenity is a leading online patient community with over 500,000 members across Europe and North America. Our mission is to empower patients to share their experiences, find reliable information, manage their conditions, and contribute to advancing medical knowledge by participating in online research projects.ResponsibilitiesAnimate and moderate Carenity online platforms in France, United States, and United Kingdom, fostering engagement and community interaction.Contribute to improving user experience and member retention across our platforms.Create SEO/GEO-friendly health content: articles, newsletters, social media posts and other high-value content for our members.Manage Carenity social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube for FR, UK, and US communities.Support the Digital Marketing team on strategic, long-term projects.Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other internal teams (Data scientists, Business Developers, IT team).QualificationsMaster’s student (M1 or M2) in Marketing, Digital, or Communication.Strong interest in health and well-being.Rigorous, empathetic, and creative.Excellent writing skills and ability to produce clear, engaging content.Team player with strong collaboration skills.Organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluent in French and English.What we offer?Hybrid work: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site at our offices in the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris (Saint-Lazare).50% of public transport costs covered.Salary: According to the official state scale for apprenticeships (varies depending on age and education level).Two annual seminars with fun team-building activities.Themed events throughout the year: Halloween, Christmas, alumni gatherings, and more.Why Join Carenity?Gain hands-on experience in a digital and international environment.Work on projects with a direct impact for patients and their families.Learn from an experienced and supportive team.Flexible working conditions with opportunities to participate in cross-functional, strategic projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
