Community Manager / Content Manager (H/F)

Fuzzy Logic est une entreprise dynamique évoluant dans le secteur de l’édition de logiciels appliqués aux robots industriels. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) professionnel(le) créatif(ve) et passionné(e) pour occuper le poste de _Content Manager / Community Manager _au sein de notre équipe dynamique. Si vous êtes un(e) communicant(e) enthousiaste avec une passion pour la création de contenu engageant et la gestion de communautés en ligne, nous aimerions vous rencontrer.

Aperçu du poste:
En tant que Community Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion de notre présence en ligne et de l'engagement de notre communauté. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe marketing pour développer des stratégies efficaces et créer du contenu engageant pour nos clients.

Responsabilités:

- Développer une stratégie de contenu alignée sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Créer et publier du contenu original et percutant sur les plateformes numériques, y compris les médias sociaux, le site web, et d'autres canaux pertinents.
- Gérer et animer les communautés en ligne, en répondant aux commentaires, aux questions et en favorisant l'engagement.
- Analyser les performances du contenu et proposer des ajustements pour améliorer la visibilité et l'impact.
- Surveiller les tendances du marché et rester à jour sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de contenu et de gestion de communauté.
- Analyser les données des médias sociaux pour évaluer l'efficacité des stratégies et apporter des améliorations

Compétences requises:

- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en communication
- Connaissance approfondie des médias sociaux et des dernières tendances
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion des réseaux sociaux tels que Hootsuite ou Buffer
- Connaissance en SEO (Search Engine Optimization) pour optimiser le contenu en ligne
- Expérience avec WordPress pour la gestion du site web
- Maîtrise des logiciels Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) pour la création de contenu visuel

Exigences:

- Diplôme en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe
- Expérience préalable en tant que Community Manager ou dans un rôle similaire
- Forte capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à respecter les délais
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable.
