Our mission is to deliver efficient, scalable, and impactful machine learning systems — models that directly influence billions of real-time decisions per day.Your responsibilities will include:Own machine learning pipelines end-to-end: data preparation, feature engineering, model development, training, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.Build and maintain models focused on getting the best return-on-investment for every ad impression while satisfying production constraints specific to our industry (large volumes and low latencies).Collaborate closely with Engineering team to industrialize model delivery and ensure smooth operations in production.Investigate anomalies, performance shifts or A/B test results, and deliver clear insights to business and product stakeholders.Contribute to innovation efforts, by exploring promising ideas from recent academic work and turning them into production-grade solutions.Mentor less experienced members of the teamYou could be a great addition to our Machine Learning team if you recognize yourself in several of the following areas:Strong theoretical background in mathematics and/or computer scienceMS or PhD is a plusProfessional experience6+ years of experience in hands‑on roles that leverage machine learning to power a core company productSignificant experience with production environments: testing, deploying, monitoring, etc.Experience in AdTech is a plusWrite clean, maintainable, production-quality Python code, with a strong grasp of testing, typing, CI/CD.Hands‑on experience with Scala, Spark, Airflow and/or AWS is a plusHands‑on experience with large‑scale data engineering or high‑frequency inference systems is a strong plusMachine learning skillsIntimate understanding of theoretical concepts in probability, statistical learning, and optimizationSignificant modelling experience with tabular data for classification and regression problemsPractical experience of deep learning and embeddings is a plusPlease note that, to comply with employment regulations, applicants are required to maintain residency and be legally authorized to work in France or the European Union in order to be considered for this position.Benefits:Competitive SalaryPerformance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIsLongevity bonus every 2 yearsHealthcare plan with excellent coverage (50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev)€9 Lunch Vouchers (Tickets Restaurant - SWILE card - 50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev)4 1/2 days work week (Fridays afternoon off)50% of transportation fees covered by Adikteev (Navigo Pass)Mental Health supportInclusive parental leave PolicyWhat to expect as you move through our hiring process:HR call with Mélanie, Talent Acquisition PartnerTeam fit interview with Loïc, Chief Product OfficerTechnical case study to be completed remotely with a follow-up discussion with Gwenaëlle and Nicolas, Senior ML Engineers.
