We decided to solve this major headache of theirs, by building the required technology and making it accessible to everyone. Leveraging Machine Learning, Our Platform Allows Customers To detect faulty parts on a production line, automatically, in real‑time know and understand quality issues at a large scale dynamically improve the quality of the production Descriptif du poste At Scortex, we're building the future of quality control in manufacturing — and we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who’s ready to lead from the front. To succeed here, you must first be an exceptional salesperson. You’ll need to thrive in the field, close high‑value deals, and deeply understand our customers’ pain points. As you establish yourself, you could gradually take on leadership and management responsibilities — helping structure the team, guiding others to replicate your success, and contributing directly to scaling our commercial footprint. What you’ll do Own the Sales Process You’ll drive the full cycle — from initial outreach to negotiation and closing — and work hand‑in‑hand with our product, tech, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that truly solve problems. Develop & convert Leads Strategically reach out to manufacturing companies through cold and warm channels Convert inbound leads and product‑led users into enterprise upsells Drive customer value Turn successful Proof of Concepts into long‑term, high‑revenue contracts Design and execute smart sales strategies that align with customer priorities Lead negotiations with the backing of our legal and finance experts Be technically fluent Understand and clearly communicate the value of Scortex’s advanced technical solutions Guide clients through pre‑sales, deployment, and post‑deployment with our tech and success teams Leadership, When You’ve Earned It Once You’ve Demonstrated Consistent Sales Excellence, You’ll Step Up To Build And Lead Your Own Sales Team. That Means Continuously improving processes to ensure scalable, repeatable success Setting ambitious targets and delivering on them Coaching sales team to succeed and grow What we’re looking for You're a closer first. You get energy from winning deals, and you're passionate about sharing what works. You think like a strategist, communicate like a pro, and are excited about the challenge of scaling a company that’s reshaping manufacturing. You’re also interested in managing a small team of Account Executives and pre‑sales technicians in the mid term.
