In this role, your focus will be on leading the development and implementation of CONMED's talent strategies and processes in our France and Benelux regions, including employee engagement and development, workforce planning, organizational design and structure, performance management, and focusing on competencies and skills required to meet future growth in our business. You will be a core member of both the France and Benelux Leadership Teams and a crucial partner to the region’s business leaders in achieving business goals as you share the responsibility for delivering results. You will be responsible for HR-related internal activities and communication. This role requires a strategic thinker who can influence business leaders, develop deep partnerships and manage the change that comes along with many exciting initiatives to take CONMED to the next level, while also being someone who will naturally have the frame of mind of not shying away from the detailed and task-oriented parts of the job as required. Duties And Responsibilities Participate as a key member of the France and BeNeLux LTs and develop strong partnership with the other LT members and their teams Lead initiatives to help the region build capabilities in staffing, employee engagement, talent management & development, etc. Ensure appropriate practices are in place to ensure adherence to labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Oversee all hiring process and selection in the region. Provide HR guidance to local management in coaching and counseling, career development, performance management, disciplinary actions, etc. Partner with the International HR colleagues and Corporate HR functions such as Talent Management and HRIS. Performs other duties as required and assigned. Work Experience Requirements 5+ years of HRBP experience in France, with 3+ years on a management team preferable. Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of France labour law and working with Comité Social et Economique (CSE). Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations/performance management matters, org design, change management, compensation planning & administration. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or other relevant field of study. #J-18808-Ljbffr
