Join to apply for the Data Center Coordinator (Senior) role at TSMG Holding. We are looking for a Data Coordinator responsible for managing disk lifecycle and ingest operations in line with operational requirements. This includes overseeing disk procurement, allocation, tracking lost/found disks, scrapping, and shipment. The role also involves monitoring data upload and segregation processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, the Data Coordinator will coordinate the team through conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, time management, and resource allocation. Effective stakeholder management is essential, as the role requires communicating updates and statuses to internal teams and clients to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives. Core competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of the business. Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently with a motivated, proactive attitude, and a passion for learning and creative problem solving. Candidate Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination. 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, warehouse/facilities management, and logistics. Technical knowledge of data center issues. Mandatory hands-on experience with Excel. Client management skills. Mandatory BGV clearance.
