Workday Learning Lead (Remote)Duration: Full-time / PermanentStart Date: ASAPLocation: Remote (France / Europe)Rate/Salary: CompetitiveRole OverviewWe're looking for a hands-on Workday Learning Lead to join a global HRIS team. You will take ownership of the Workday Learning module and related integrations, ensuring smooth operation, optimisation, and adoption across multiple countries. This role requires someone technically strong, proactive, and comfortable working directly with HR and IT stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead configuration, optimisation, and support of Workday LearningManage integrations with external learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Udemy)Build and maintain reports, business processes (BP), EIBs, and security configurationsSupport and mentor junior HRIS team membersEnsure adoption and high-quality service for HR stakeholdersParticipate in AI-focused upskilling initiatives and continuous improvement projectsMaintain detailed documentation of configurations and processesProactively identify risks and recommend improvementsEssential Skills & Experience3–5 years HRIS experience, with at least 2 years hands-on Workday Learning experienceStrong technical skills in Workday configuration: BP, reporting, EIBs, securityExperience with LMS platforms and integrationsEnglish fluent (French not required)Individual contributor or light team leadership experienceProactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindsetDesirable (Nice-to-Have)Exposure to AI-driven learning initiativesWorkday certifications (Learning, Core HCM, Advanced Reporting, etc.)Experience in multinational or global HR environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
