Dans le cadre du développement du cabinet nous cherchons un.e Manager Data afin de gérer un portefeuille client et d’accompagner nos clients sur des problématiques techniques et business liées à la data et de piloter une équipe de consultants. Votre rôle sera central pour accompagner nos clients dans leurs réflexions Data & IA tout en participant activement au rayonnement externe du cabinet. Parmi vos missions GESTION DUN PORTEFEUILLE CLIENT GRANDS COMPTES Participation aux appels d'offres et aux efforts davant-vente dans le but de transformer les opportunités business et pérenniser la relation client Développement commercial d'un portefeuille client au périmètre délimité en identifiant et / ou favorisant l'émergence de nouveaux besoins chez vos clients (upsell & cross-sell) Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes d'experts pour garantir des livrables de haute qualité et fidéliser nos clients sur nos demandes en régie et au forfait. CONSULTING Vous avez sous gestion directe un portefeuille de clients grands comptes multisectoriel pour lesquels vous conduisez des projets data innovants : Définition cadrage mise en œuvre application de méthodologies data-driven Transformation des organisations : désilotage logique test&learn centrée client etc. Diffusion des compétences définition cadrage et mise en œuvre opérationnelle des process métiers liés au data marketing Formation des équipes client et passation des savoir-faire MANAGEMENT DÉQUIPE Management opérationnel : vous avez sous gestion une équipe de consultants Data Marketing (juniors confirmés seniors) afin de mener à bien des missions de collecte analyse unification visualisation et activation de la donnée marketing Management humain : vous accompagnez dans leur carrière (appui d'expertise besoin de formation taux de staffing entretiens annuels et carrière) votre équipe de consultants Qui pourrait vous accompagner Anthony Senior Manager : après 6 ans dans le conseil sur des problématiques Analytics et CRO il rejoint Elevate en 2021 sur le poste de Manager Data Marketing. Après une promotion interne Anthony occupe désormais le poste de Senior Manager et accompagne nos clients sur des problématiques techniques & business liées à la data tout en encadrant une équipe de manager data avec des profils et des backgrounds variés.
