This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead the consulting and upsell initiatives at JUMP Technology. Leading a team of Project Managers and Consultants, and in close collaboration with Sales, R&D and Product teams, you will strategically shape our client engagement roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions to our clients and driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities. This will include identifying, assessing and prioritizing market growth opportunities, delivering projects and building a high performing team. Your goal will be to ensure our services meets customer needs optimally and that our company expertise remains industry leading. You and your team will collaborate with the international product, engineering and operations teams within Clearwater Analytics and JUMP. **Responsibilities**: - Define and implement a Consulting strategy aligned with the company's objectives. - Oversee all Consulting operations (Services, Projects, Customer Support) to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage, supervise, and train a high-performing Consulting team consisting of Team Leads, Project Directors, Project Managers, Account Managers, Customer Support Services Consultants, and Customer Product Services Consultants. - Based on current and upcoming projects, define with Team leads and the HR department, the needs for recruitment, training, and other skill development initiatives. Then, implement or coordinate actions to address these needs. - Develop Customer Relations: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating their future challenges. - Ensure proposed solutions align with clients' goals and aspirations. Identify Upsell Opportunities: - Analyze existing client accounts to identify upsell opportunities. - Direct Project Directors to develop and implement personalized upsell strategies to maximize customer value. Interfunctional Collaboration: - Ensure smooth collaboration and cohesion among different operational teams. - Organize, manage, and optimize collaboration between Consulting teams and other company departments (R&D, DevOps, HR, Finance, Sales, Pre-sales). Implement Proactive Action Plans to Reduce Incidents: - Gather unresolved issues faced by teams (management problems, collaborative work issues with another department, client crises) and find solutions using all internal and external means available. Become a "Problem Solver" within the Consulting department. Report and Analysis Development: - Create regular reports on Consulting and Upsell performance. - Analyze data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and successes. - Become the "Centralizer of Client News" for other directors and the President. Develop a "Customer-Oriented" Culture within the Consulting teams, from recruitment to day-to-day operations. Foster a culture of Business Development and Billing. Instill JUMP pride within the Consulting teams, from recruitment to day-to-day operations. **Requirements**: - 8+ years’ experience in a business and customer-oriented leadership role in consulting or FinTech; asset management industry knowledge essential. - Demonstrated ability to develop scalable and evolving strategies and drive upsell opportunities. - Excellent knowledge of consulting services in the finance sector. - Exemplary interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. - Proven ability to build and manage high performing teams. - Strong leadership, time management, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills, with a desire to build exceptional products and deliver successful business outcomes. - Demonstrated success of putting client success at the heart of your decisions. - Ability to influence peers and senior leaders through structured presentations, strategy documents and product roadmaps.
