What is the opportunity? Provide high quality service through the management of day-to-day Subject Matter Expert activity and project management in PERES. As a successful Business Coordinator PERES, you will ensure a superior level of service is maintained at all times, whilst providing all clients with an exceptional experience in all engagements with CACEIS. What will you do? Actively participate in the planning and implementation of special internal and external projects for PERES Draft analysis BRD, plan, implement and follow-up of internal projects, review and enhance current processes; implement best practices and new features, automate and standardize where possible Establish an environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within the PERES department Perform technical trainings for PERES or other teams closely collaborating with PERES teams if required Design and draft process flows and/or business requirements Perform IT development analysis and coordinate with T&O Responsible for Data Management and all related efficiency projects Responsible for FTE assessment and ongoing tracking Develop and automate manual processes to generate efficiencies Ensure that the organizational framework supports the delivery of quality client service and operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
