MTN & CP Syndicate Associate or Vice President, ParisJoin us as an MTN & CP Syndicate Associate or Vice President, ParisWhat you'll doLead the execution of transactions, ensure compliance with established policies, and manage risk by effectively hedging residual bond and CP positions.Work closely with the DCM team to develop ideas and recommendations for issuers, while strengthening relationships with both issuers and investors.Consistently improve and automate marketing processes for desk axes to boost efficiency and outreach to sales teams, while performing market trend analysis to generate well‑informed trade ideas.In addition, you’ll need toDevelop a solid understanding of new issuance pricing for CP and debt instruments across various issuer types while ensuring transactions comply with all procedures and standards.Collaborate with origination and sales teams to facilitate funding solutions for clients and issuers, provide pricing and structural guidance, and build strong relationships across product teams.Proactively implement measures to align activities with NatWest markets’ policies on conduct, operational standards, credit, and regulatory risks.Ensure accountability for delivering commitments to customers to demonstrate excellent time management skills and attention to detail.Support origination efforts by offering market intelligence and deal‑specific insights.The skills you'll needExcellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.The ability to meet strict deadlines while delivering highly accurate work.The ability to handle pressure in a fast‑paced trading environment.Proven ability to effectively utilize AI tools in content delivery and data analysis.QualificationsRelevant degree or equivalent qualification in STEM, finance, economics, or a related field.Solid understanding of derivatives and fixed‑income instruments; proficiency in Excel; coding languages such as Python an advantage.Prior work experience within financial institutions, especially in MTN, syndicate, DCM, fixed‑income, or derivatives trading.Western European language skills is a plus, but not a requirement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
