**Your Role
**Responsibilities
- Researching and evaluating potential investment opportunities
- Mapping the competitor and industry landscape
- Support in structuring, negotiating and executing investments
- Supporting in due diligence work streams (legal, financial, technical)
- Support in fundraising, investor reporting and portfolio management

**Your Experience
- Proven working experience through software entrepreneurship, venture capital, private equity or the software industry
- Demonstrable passion for technology through past work experience, personal interests, activity in societies and communities, or other extracurriculars
- Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to connect high-level strategic thinking to the nuances in company’s financialsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind set

**Your Qualifications
- Fluency in either French or German is highly desirable
- Master degree educated
