About the Role We are looking for an Apprentice Workplace Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Paris office and contribute to a seamless, people‑focused workplace experience. You will work closely with the Global Workplace Manager and a global team to ensure the office runs smoothly, remains welcoming, efficient, and aligned with our global Workplace standards. Why you'll love this role Work at the heart of our Paris hub (165 employees) Learn directly from a Global Workplace Manager within a structured Workplace function Gain hands‑on operational experience in a global and multicultural environment Contribute to meaningful initiatives such as the Food Program, Green Challenge, Give Back Program, and local events Develop practical skills opening doors to future roles in Workplace, Facility, Hospitality, or Office Management What You Will Be Doing Support day‑to‑day operations of the Paris office to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, common areas, and workplace equipment Handle workplace requests and ticketing (maintenance, small repairs, deliveries) Coordinate with cleaning, security, and facility vendors and follow up on service quality Welcome visitors, candidates, and new joiners and support onboarding setups Assist with internal events and local employee engagement initiatives Process invoices, purchase orders, and support basic budget tracking Help maintain compliance documentation and support basic health & safety checks What You Will Bring To Ogury Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable Strong sense of service and people‑orientation Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn Good communication skills (English mandatory) Ability to multitask and follow processes carefully Interest in Workplace, Facilities, Hospitality, or Office Management How Ogury Supports You A dynamic, international working environment Hands‑on experience within a global Workplace function Exposure to real operational, compliance, and employee experience topics A strong learning curve in a fast‑paced scale‑up context Commitment to Inclusion Ogury is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace by providing equal employment opportunities to all.
