Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que Workplace Coordinator et prenez en charge les tâches administratives, la gestion du budget et le respect des normes du Real Estate Workplace Group. Grâce à votre expertise dans la gestion des contrats de sous-traitance, le suivi des indicateurs HSE et Développement Durable, et l'optimisation des processus opérationnels, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'efficacité et l'amélioration continue au sein de notre environnement dynamique et international.

**Vos principales responsabilités**
- Gestion et suivi des contrats de sous-traitance directe
- Contrôle de la base de données (tous les sites)
- Gestion et suivi des indicateurs HSE
- Gestion du budget
- Gestion et suivi du space planning
- Gestion et suivi des audits qualité
- Participation aux réunions contractuelles fournisseurs (RMA, suivi d'activité hebdomadaire, etc.)

**Vous apportez**
- 2 ans d'études supérieures (BAC +2) - avec un diplôme dans l'industrie hôtelière ou un diplôme d'études supérieures en immobilier avec une option Facility Management.
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'exploitation immobilière et le facility management
- Vous avez l'habitude de travailler dans un environnement international exigeant, où la langue de travail est souvent l'anglais (écrit/oral).
- Langues étrangères,
- Informatique, Office pack, SRM, Autocad, BMS, billetterie et GMAO
- Dynamique

**Workplace Coordinator**

Join our team as an Workplace Coordinator and take charge of administrative tasks, budget management, and compliance with Real Estate Workplace Group standards. With your expertise in handling subcontracting contracts, monitoring HSE and Sustainability indicators, and optimizing operational processes, you'll play a key role in driving efficiency and continuous improvement within our dynamic, international environment.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Management and monitoring of direct subcontracting contracts
- Data base control (all sites)
- Management and monitoring of HSE indicators
- Budget management
- Management and monitoring of space planning
- Management and monitoring of quality audits
- Takes part in contractual supplier meetings (RMA, weekly activity monitoring, etc.)

**You bring**
- 2 years' higher education (BAC +2) - with a degree in the hotel industry or a post-graduate diploma in real estate with a Facility Management option.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in property operations and facility management
- You are used to working in a demanding, international environment, where the working language is often English (written/oral).
- Foreign languages,
- IT, Office pack, SRM, Autocad, BMS, ticketing and CMMS software
