The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide. The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. Who We Look For: Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner and relevant experience for the Line of Business.The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program. The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Global Markets business areas, like: Trading (voice, electronic, algorithmic trading, etc.) Research (Equity Research, Fixed Income Research, Economic Research) Digital Markets (Digital Product Management) Prime Brokerage and Clearing Individuals with previous experience operating at VP or Associate level (or equivalent) in one or more of the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply. Eligibility to work in the UK is required. We will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
