Smart Hands Engineer We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Smart Hands Engineer to provide on-call support during the harvesting season. Key Responsibilities Provide on‑call, onsite technical support during critical harvesting operations. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices, sensors, and network equipment. Perform physical tasks such as cable management, equipment resets, and hardware swaps. Support troubleshooting for connectivity, hardware failures, and system malfunctions. Coordinate with remote technical teams to execute hands‑on tasks. Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of all field technologies. Document issues and resolutions accurately. Qualifications Previous experience as a Field Technician, On‑call support, or similar hands‑on technical role. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network devices, and basic IT infrastructure. Ability to follow technical instructions from remote teams. Good communication, reliability, and problem‑solving abilities. Flexibility for on‑call support during harvesting periods.
