Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Ops AI Platform We are building an Ops AI Platform that lets our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks. Operating from ground zero, you’ll shape the architecture, product, and foundation of this future‑of‑work platform. Key Responsibilities Work at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering, building a platform for accurate and reliable AI agents. Integrate AI agents into internal tools with context‑aware chat modals, allowing Ops to review reasoning and actions. Enable non‑technical users to create and maintain agents, handling prompting, tool configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, and evaluations. Build a toolkit for AI agents to access internal and external capabilities (business data, servers, dashboards). Ensure safety and accuracy through robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human‑in‑the‑loop validation, and fine‑grained permissions. Scale the system from dozens to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily. Influence system architecture, code quality, mentor engineers; contribute to product & engineering culture, including hiring. Qualifications & Experience Strong background in full‑stack software engineering, systems architecture, and backend focus. 3+ years of product engineering experience, excited by cutting‑edge AI systems. Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML‑dev‑ops is a plus. Product‑mindset: deliver solutions that are used and impactful. Self‑directed, pragmatic, humble, collaborative, and enthusiastic about teamwork. Fluent in English. Benefits & Perks Fair rewards and generous equity packages.
