Mentor and scale the engineering leadership team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical rigor. The ideal candidate Proven track record leading large engineering organizations within high-growth startups or established US tech companies. Deep technical expertise and a strong interest or background in leveraging AI to solve complex product challenges.
