Cette société développe une solution SaaS orientée Data & IA qui traite de grandes volumétries de données au quotidien.Elle recherche aujourd’hui son futur Engineering Director afin de pouvoir soutenir et contribuer à sa croissance.Le rôle :Définir et articuler la stratégie et la roadmap techniqueDéfinir et piloter l’architecture et la scalabilité de cette plateforme SaaS pour accompagner la croissanceEncadrer et gérer des équipes tech pluridisciplinaire conséquente orientée développementConstruire et faire monter en compétences vos équipes en instaurant une culture de l’innovation, collaborative et d’excellence technique.Garantir un delivery de qualité, sécurisé et maintenable sur l’ensemble de la stack technologique.Superviser l’architecture, les performances et la résilience de la plateforme SaaS, avec les meilleures pratiques côte software engineeringDiriger l’intégration de produits et de solutions IA / ML.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit & Data pour aligner les stratégies techniques avec les priorités et les objectifs business.Votre profil :Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, dont au moins 5 ans sur des fonctions de leadership technique.Vous avez de l’expérience dans le management et la construction d’équipe techniques conséquente (+30 personnes)Expérience confirmée dans le développement et l’accompagnement de plateformes SaaS ayant un gros focus AIVous avez déjà travaillé sur des problématiques de scalabilité dans des environnements SaaS / dans des environnements de start-up ou scale-up à forte croissance.Solides compétences en management de profils techniquesMaîtrise approfondie des architectures Cloud, des microservices et des bonnes pratiques de développementVous avez déjà travaillé dans des contextes et dans des environnements Data & IASolides compétences en communication, capable d’interagir avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniquesMaîtrise parfaite de l’anglais et du français. #J-18808-Ljbffr
