Your role As part of the Sourcing team within the Supply Chain organization, the Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for understanding internal customer needs, identifying and qualifying best‑match suppliers, and managing the suppliers’ relationship. Your main responsibilities : Sourcing strategy execution – supplier selection, cost optimization, quality & delivery performance RFI / RFP / RFQ management – bidding processes, risk mitigation, value maximization Supplier evaluation – Business Reviews (BR), audits, site visits, Supplier Quality coordination Price and contract negotiation – terms & conditions, contract development Supplier relationship management – stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration Supplier performance management – KPIs, scorecards, cost reduction, lead time reduction, quality improvement Demand consolidation – issue arbitration, supplier risk assessment Management reviews – strategic sourcing, 3‑year business outlook, product & market strategy Your Profile Master in Engineering (A major / Specialized Master in Supply Chain) will be appreciated. Language: Fluent English (read, written and spoken) / Fluent French (read, written, spoken). Ability to prioritize projects, time management and organizational skills to make decisions. Good Negotiation and Communication skills – ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal & external customers and suppliers. Interpersonal skills including – High collaboration with others, Managing Change, Negotiating, Presentation. Must have good Leadership and management skills. Must be Analytical and structured, and be able to influence change. Performance management capabilities. Strong skill in use of Microsoft Office. Nice to Have Quality auditor certification. Knowledge of SAP and PLQS. Knowledge of Microsoft Power platform (PowerBI, PowerApp, PowerAutomate). What we offer Salary starting from 55000 gross per year – depending on profile and experience (contractor/freelance profiles can also be considered).
