Our subsidiary **YATIC** is a digital services company active in the fields of industry, telecommunications, and defense.
We are looking for an **Electro-mechanical Sourcing Specialist **to work for our client specializing in **Energy.**
**Main responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for understanding internal customers’ needs, identifying, qualifying the best-match suppliers and managing the suppliers’ relationship.
- Implements sourcing plans and assure specified quality, required delivery times and minimize the total cost of the products and services.
- Selects a high-performance supply base for assigned portfolio.
- Being able to RFI/RFQ/RFP.
- Negotiates prices and terms with suppliers in order to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives.
- Executes contract negotiation and development in coordination with Sourcing Manager and Contract Specialists.
- Drives the parts and process qualification.
- Sets performance objectives with assigned suppliers (cost reduction, lead time reduction, Quality improvement).
- Prepares and leads regular management reviews (KPI), strategic positioning evaluation.
- Reviews and consolidates internal demand.
- Leads the supplier risk assessment and ensures regular updates.
**Profile - Experience / qualifications / skills**:
- Master’s degree in supply chain or equivalent.
- Work with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in French.
- Good Negotiation and Communication skills.

- French (required)
- English (required)
