You will be their trusted guide, providing meaningful solutions, swift responses, crystal‑clear information, and transparent guidance. You will dive deep into the healthcare system, mastering both the intricacies of the French system and the unique needs of our B2B partners who use Alan as their corporate insurance provider. Responsibilities 80% of your time dedicated to providing exceptional member support. 20% driving innovative Care projects tailored to your expertise. Identify and implement process improvements. Transform data insights into actionable solutions. Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Care initiatives. Guide and inspire fellow Alaners. Build high‑performing project teams. Shape the future of Care at Alan. Design member empowerment initiatives. Architect Care team structures for peak performance. Collaborate on cross‑community product innovations.
