Senior Sales Engineer Join us as a Senior Sales Engineer at Dashlane. We are looking for a technical subject matter expert who can support sales and implementation of our business product. About the Role As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will act as the technical expert in the features, benefits, and applications of Dashlane’s products and services, conduct presentations, demos, and assist with integrations with prospects and customers. Location Based in our Paris or Lisbon office. English is your working language. We embrace a hybrid culture with in‑person collaboration on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays. At Dashlane You Will Work in close collaboration with the customer success and sales team to provide technical and domain expertise for specific opportunities, develop account strategies, and uncover additional business opportunities Assist current and prospective clients with understanding and configuring Dashlane to integrate with their processes and systems Deeply understand the security programs and success criteria of our prospects and customers to provide expert consultation designed to align their goals with what they can achieve with Dashlane Actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process with prospects of various technical levels Technically close complex and competitive opportunities, through advanced security domain expertise, technical skill and credibility Craft technical content/documentation to show prospects/customers how to implement solutions to satisfy relevant desired outcomes and use cases Effectively consult with CISOs, CSOs, VPs/Directors/Managers of IT & InfoSecurity at companies of all sizes and industries Analyze feature requests from customers and prospects and provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams Continually optimize the technical sales process and support sales efficiency across the board Stay on top of industry news and developments to provide and maintain a deep industry and domain expertise Provide technical perspective on active deals and help accurately forecast deals Support marketing and sales events and evangelize Dashlane Document relevant activities, account, and opportunity details in our CRM platform Develop and manage long-term strategic relationships with technical contacts at key accounts to drive customer happiness and technical credibility Requirements 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience in a sales, consulting, or other technical roles working with enterprise customers Fluency in English and German We're Also Looking For 3+ years of experience with cloud and on-premise IT environments, enterprise web technologies, directory services (Active Directory, Azure, Okta, G‑suite, etc.), endpoint and network management 3+ years of experience working with at least one of the following identity providers: MS AD, MS Azure AD, G‑Suite, Okta Understanding of core security concerns and threat models within desktop, mobile, and web application architecture Experience in a SaaS sales environment with experience in deal close Ability to write concise technical documentation Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to adapt in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage complex assignments Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and influence ability Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills Strong sense of accountability and responsibility Tech‑savvy, personable with natural problem‑solving abilities, and discretion in handling confidential information What Dashlane Offers You Equal parental leave, regardless of gender, up to 20 weeks fully paid within the first year of birth or adoption Mental health services through Spring Health and well‑being days Mentorship program Comprehensive health coverage, including dependents Unlimited PTO Betterment 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays and sick leave Donation matching program up to $500 per year Weekly lunch in the office and monthly happy hour Team buildings & seasonal social events and many more Diversity, Equity, Inclusion And Belonging As a truly international company, we value all aspects of diversity: gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, ethnic origin, social background, age, lifestyle, and more.
