1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsTravel Required:25% Travel Required to be paid by the employerPosition Type: full-timeWill Train Applicant(s):YesJob BriefThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the bank has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managingand running of all the finance activities of a digital bank, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting andResponsibilities• Drive the company’s financial planning.• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.• Decide upon investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s accounting and risk policies.• Manage Accounting and Finance Management Team.• Generate audited Financial Reports as directed by the CEO and Board of DirectorsRequirements• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role in financial services or banking in Europe.• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law, EU banking directives, IFRS 9, and bank financial risk• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.• Proficient in the use of MS Office, iWork, and financial management software.• Ability to strategize and solve complex financial problems.• Strong leadership and highly developed organizational skills.• Excellent communication and people skills.• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.• C.P.A.
