AEROCONTACT – Unit Leader FAL (H/F) ATR is the world’s number one manufacturer of regional turboprops. We seek a Production Unit Leader for our Final Assembly Line within Operations & Procurement, reporting to the FAL Director. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental standards and regulatory requirements. Promote ATR’s values and adherence to Ethics & Compliance principles. Achieve on-time, accurate deliveries while maintaining quality, cost and schedule objectives. Manage resources – staffing, skills, workload – and set objectives aligned with performance expectations. Lead the professional development of the entire team. Maintain positive work environment and strong relations with labor unions. Initiate and support productivity initiatives within the area of responsibility. Contribute to the strategic planning of the Operations Department and prepare for upcoming production ramp‑up. Qualifications Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent understanding of production context and lean manufacturing principles. Strong communication, synthesis, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Rigorous and committed to achieving ATR’s objectives. Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
