Provides services in connection with system configuration, testing, training, and issues resolution. Analyze and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation and work with analysts to resolve technical issues.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSFour-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field1 year of experience working in a client/customer facing role within a supply chain or software organizationUp to 50% travel required.For following divisions also requires:WMOS, WMi, DFIO, OLM, TCS, SCALE, OptiSuite [Consultant, PSO, Supply Chain Solutions]1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL)1 year of experience deploying softwareTLM (Transportation Lifecycle Management) & EEM (Extended Enterprise Management) [Consultant, PSO, TLM/EEM]1 year of consulting experience in transportation fieldSCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) [Consultant, PSO, Supply Chain Intelligence]1 year of consulting experience in business intelligence1 year of experience deploying softwareCommitted to diversity and inclusionAt Manhattan, it’s about more than just the work.
