Senior Audit Manager & Country Lead – CDI, full-time (m/f/d) Amundi Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Audit Manager & Country Lead to manage internal audit activities in Amundi Luxembourg and Fund Channel. About Amundi Internal Audit As a third-level control, Internal Audit conducts periodic investigations and controls—document‑based or on site—across all Amundi units and departments. Audits produce a diagnostic on compliance with regulations, rules and procedures, and on measurement and control of risks (identification, recording, reporting, decision‑making). They provide Amundi Executive Management with an independent, professional opinion on the organisation, risk management and internal control of entities within the group. Internal Audit also ensures implementation of recommendations made during internal and regulator audits. Amundi Internal Audit is a global business line, ultimately reporting to Credit Agricole Inspection Générale and functionally to Amundi’s CEO. It comprises about 55 members, sharing common tools and procedures: a central team in Paris that audits the entire group, and audit teams in several countries that audit their own country or region. Audits involve one or more auditors, an audit manager and an audit supervisor, and may include central, local and Credit Agricole Inspection Générale auditors. Role: Luxembourg – Senior Audit Manager & Country Lead The Luxembourg Senior Audit Manager is responsible for internal audit matters in Amundi Luxembourg and Fund Channel, reporting directly to Amundi Group Internal Audit and functionally to the Head of Amundi Luxembourg. Responsibilities Prepare the strategic and annual audit plans for both entities, considering local regulatory requirements and guidance from Amundi Group Internal Audit. Perform audit assignments, implement Amundi Group methodology, and monitor the implementation of recommendations (two follow‑up campaigns per year). Report internal audit activity to Senior Management and the Board of Directors, as well as to Amundi Group Internal Audit, and escalate any necessary matters. Contribute to the development of audit methodology to ensure alignment with industry standards and participate in the business line methodological work. Track key events and changes in both entities, build and maintain relationships with Senior Management and key stakeholders, attend relevant local governance bodies, and promote internal control awareness and good practices. Manage internal and external resources contributing to internal audit work. Participate in central fieldwork in coordination with Amundi Internal Audit. Serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for Amundi Internal Audit on local laws, rules and regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
