Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.Your MissionWe are looking for a HR Systems & Data Manager to strengthen our People team and support the continuous evolution of our systems and people data landscape, with a strong focus on Workday. This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholders coordination. You will be part of a diverse People team bringing together complementary expertise (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Operations), and you will work closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal and external partners. The position requires a strong data-driven mindset, a global view of HR tools, and the ability to operate autonomously in a complex, international environment.Your ResponsibilitiesAct as the functional lead and owner of Workday, ensuring it effectively supports business needsContinuously improve and optimize HR processes through system enhancements and best practicesServe as the main point of contact for external service providers, managing collaboration and deliveriesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all HR systems and integrationsPerform HR data analysis and support reporting, dashboards, and decision-makingMaintain an end-to-end view of the HR ecosystem and data flowsContribute to HR systems governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesExplore and support the use of AI and automation in HR systems and people dataYour qualificationsPrior experience in a similar position & in an international environmentStrong and proven analytical skillsSelf-management skills and autonomyGood communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from othersYou are organized, results-driven, and can prioritize in a changing environmentFull working proficiency in EnglishPrior experience in an international Tech scale-up environment strongly preferredPrior experience with Workday is a plusWhat we have to offerHybrid status for this role (2- 3 days per week at the office)4 additional weeks on top of legal maternity/paternity leaves50% healthcare coverage (Alan)Financial support for home office equipmentMinimum 25 days holiday per yearLocal meal plan policy (Swile card)50% transportation paid (Forfait Mobilité Durable)Free unlimited carpooling & bus ridesPersonal growth via trainings, mentorship, and internal mobility programsEmployee Stock ownership planRegular team building events1 day off per year to test our productInterested in joining the ride?a 45-min video-call with your Talent Acquisition Manager Hien Hoang to get to know you, understand your career expectations and answer your questionsa 60-min video-call with our Head of People Operations, Data & Systems Perrine Labesse to assess your hard & soft skillsa fully remote exercise to evaluate your technical skills, followed by a 90-min video-call to discuss your exercisea 30-min informal chat with a team member or internal stakeholdera 30-min video-call with our VP People Amaëlle Richaud for vision fit and rounding off the processOur hiring process lasts on average 25-30 days, offers usually come within 48 hours.BlaBlaCar is an equal opportunity employer.
